Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. CANCELLATION BY YOU

Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. Cancellation will take effect the day the notification of cancellation is sent. This cancellation policy applies to both workshops and retreats.

Cancellation time before the start of the event - refund of payment:

More than 61 days - 90% of payment

60 - 35 days - 50% of payment

Less than 35 days - payments are non-refundable but 75% of the value can be used for future events.

We are empathic and understand that unforeseen emergencies happen. If there are such extenuating circumstances causing you to cancel at short notice please email us to discuss your options.

2. CANCELLATION BY RAINBOW HOOP WELLNESS (RHW)

In the unlikely event that RHW has to cancel the event, you will be given a full refund.

Important notes

If in the unlikely event that RHW is forced to cancel or change the event due to war, threat of war, adverse weather conditions, eg severe flooding, or other natural disasters, then RHW can not be held responsible for any compensation.
